The Sacra of San Michele is an ancient abbey built between 983 and 987 on the top of Mount Pirchiriano, 40 km from Turin. From its towers you can admire Turin and a breathtaking view of the Val di Susa. The ancient abbey inspired Umberto Eco's best selling book "The Name of the Rose".

The service starts from Porta Susa Railway Station (Corso Bolzano side - next to entrance B) at 8.30 AM and Piazza Solferino (bus stop in front of restaurant Vintage 1997) at 8.40 AM. The journey takes around 40 minutes.
Return trip at 1 PM from Sacra di San Michele and arrival in Turin around 1.40 PM.
Booking is mandatory.

Service available from April 1st untill November 1st 2018 every Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays.
Moreover this year it will be available on the 8th of December, during Christmas, New Years Eve and Epiphany.
